Rohit Pattni is one of our end-2-end supply chain management consultants with over 30 years’ experience, the most recent of which was working for Dairy Crest PLC within supply chain management, where he was a member of the project team that implemented Oracle’s demand planning module Demantra, implemented the business and supply chain planning processes of S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning) and IBP (Integrated Business Planning), as well as formalising downstream procurement (MRP) and logistics planning across a selection of the Dairy Crest manufacturing and distribution sites. Rohit also has over 28 years’ of commercial and financial management experience within discrete and process manufacturing, logistics, public sector and lately within the utility sector.

Mark Barrett has over 25 years’ commercial experience within the FMCG sector in Commercial and Procurement. Most recently working for Müller within their milk & ingredients division as Regional Commercial Controller, Mark managed and developed a diverse team of business development managers to drive profitable growth within existing and new customers across all Out of Home channels. Prior to that Mark worked with Dairy Crest Dairies and Unigate Dairies as Commercial Controller, National Account and Procurement Manger.

Mark has worked as commercial lead as a subject matter expert on many business change projects from conception and design through to implementation and training providing project teams with practical insight and process solutions from a commercial perspective. Some of the key projects Mark has been involved in are the introduction of Sales & Operations Planning and Integrated Business Planning, along with Business acquisition, mergers and integration projects to streamline process, systems and drive synergy benefit.

Nixon Samuel is one of our business management consultants with over 10 years’ experience working as an accounting and procurement software consultant. Nixon was part of a team implementing software solutions for one of the largest Sage Business Partners in the UK as well as an end to end implementation consultant for a software company developing P2P & Contract Management cloud solutions. Nixon also has over 15 years’ experience as a management accountant for a global chemicals company and as a financial analyst for a BPO joint venture at Unisys.

Nigel Melly is one of our business management consultants and also a qualified accountant with over 30 years’ experience mainly within the public sector for education institutes including University of Nottingham and further education colleges culminating in the role of Finance Director; Nigel also ran a training company specialising in Psychology CPD. Having worked across a number of different organisations, Nigel has excellent experience of the complexities of planning and managing small, medium and large private and public organisations.

Will Heslop is our systems, processes and data consultant / analyst. He too was part of the team that implemented Demantra at Dairy Crest, with responsibility for creating, maintaining, and implementing the processes and translations involved in transferring data from the billing system to the demand planning system. Will has many years of experiencing developing and maintaining data management and analysis solutions for various public and private institutions.

Saurabh Singh completed his Master of Business in Information Technology, and started his career with IBM as a technical support expert. In 2015 Saurabh founded Indus Webpro, and started digital marketing and web development for the different organizations.

Saurabh has been managing the team of developers and leading the digital marketing campaigns. Saurabh has a vast experience in leading website design and development both in Microsoft .Net and PHP languages. Saurabh has been exposed to the processes of Integrated Business Planning (IBP) whilst developing one of the Supply Chain Management software for our associate company in London, which facilitates IBP Reviews and holds Actions and Vos.

Himanshu Sharma is highly analytical and process-oriented data analyst & BI developer interpreting and analysing data to drive business decisions; a quick learner, adaptable, with a flexible approach helping clients in many sectors and industry. Himanshu has excellent knowledge and experience of Tableau, Power BI, SQL and Alteryx, as well as knowledge of Python, VBA , Excel, Statistics and Regression. Himanshu undertook an engineering degree in computer sciences specialising in business analytics.

Neha Tarware has a strong background in content management and customer relations. She has gained good experience as a Digital Marketing and Business Development Executive. She also has an understanding of basic programming languages including HTML, CSS and BOOTSTRAP. Working with Cedar Management, now she’s learning the ropes of IBP, S&OP and Supply Chain Management.

Neha is an Electrical and Electronics Engineer by graduation with some experience in Power generation and transmission.

Rohit Trivedi completed his Bachelor of Engineering in Information Technology, and started his career with Systos Technology as Trainee cum developer. In 2013 Rohit Started working on MAP_IT as a Developer. Working in MAP_IT he developed his skills on many different kinds of projects. Rohit joined Dainik Bhaskar as a team lead in 2017 to manage development team. Here he get AWS technical and architecture certifications.

Rohit has vast experience in website designing, developing in PHP and database of MySQL. Rohit has good working experience in servers on Windows ans Linux based also they can work on VMs.

Rob Barker is our one end-2-end supply chain management consultant with over 35 years’ experience, the most recent of which has been with Yankee Candle and Refresco Gerber and previously 20 years’ within Dairy Crest supply chain management. At Dairy Crest Rob too was member of the project team that implemented Oracle’s demand planning module Demantra, also implementing supply chain planning processes for S&OP and IBP and formalising downstream procurement (MRP) and logistics/WMS processes across a number of the Dairy Crest manufacturing and distribution sites. Rob also 10 years’ direct experience of managing supply chain planning operations on a large and complex manufacturing site, including the management of goods inward operations, production planning, customer service/order management and warehouse operations.
